MAPP Actions for Anti-Racism

Vision + Goal

MAPP’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee works to uphold diversity and inclusion as core values of the school. As we celebrate the rich identities and multiple perspectives within our community, we seek to promote a culture of belonging. While the work to uphold anti-racism and racial justice remains a University-wide effort, we recognize our role to do this work within our community.

We created this dashboard as a tool to track our progress at various levels within our school by identifying and documenting the hard work that needs to be done. As we recognize most of this work is ongoing, this dashboard also becomes a framework in which we can hold ourselves accountable. ByIn doing so we strive to use the most transparent language we have at our disposal. We also want to acknowledge and celebrate the great work already happening within our community.
